Does the flashlight on yours flicker or go out? I had one that flickered, and SSC replaced it and the next one worked for about 3 minutes and the flashlight went out completely and won't come back on. I've had 2 and both had flashlight problems. I'm bummed about it cause it's an awesome statue otherwise.

I have the same issue as you, received my figure a week ago, for 3-4 days it lighted up fine, then suddenly yesterday the flashlight started flickering and after some seconds it died, won’t turn on again, it’s totally gone :( the light inside pup and the vacuum backpack still light up but not the flashlight… any fix? I was considering buying another piece but after reading your comment I’m hesitating.

@@winterfrost4337 I'm on my 3rd one from SSC, and they're basically saying they're all going to be like this and I can return it or take a discount. I guess if you don't care about the lights, it's a nice statue. Other than that, it looks like a defect in the statue.

@@avenger1212 Damn, that’s a shame from F4F, that’s my first statue from them and probably my last one, it’s a nice piece but I was really digging the light-up functions… It kind of annoys me about the flashlight not working anymore… Are your 3rd piece lights fully working yet? Do you consider it’s better not to buy another one since it’s going to fail too?

@@winterfrost4337 I'm returning this last replacement I received. All three had the flashlight burn out. This last one I have, the light made it 24 hours before burning out. F4F sent me a recommendation, which I'll paste below. But I'm not going to buy the rechargeable battery (which isn't cheap) just to test out their recommendations. So, I guess I'm giving up on the statue. Instructions: 1. Place the battery inside the battery compartment FIRST. (Do not attach the USB cable to the base) 2. Please make sure that that battery is correctly positioned (see negative and positive poles). 3. Attach the USB cable to the base and to a working electric source (wall plug, adapter and etc). 4. Charge for at least 8 hours. 5. Switch on the light to see if it works and fixes the lighting issue.

Man have you tried to recharge the battery with the cable? Mine seems not to work. The light stays green and when, after some hours, I unplug it, it doesn’t light up. Maybe you have some tips on that. Thanks!

That's either a problem with your cartridge or your 3ds. Is this problem occurring with any other game? If so then your 3ds is broken. Howether, if it is only with oras that this problem is happening with, then it's your oras cartridge that is broken. I'm not sure how you could sort this, you will probably have to get a new 3ds/game cartridge.

@@rednaston3982 yea that's probably the best idea. Hopefully it's just your oras cartridge because if it's your ds then that's a lot more money to pay out, even if you've got a lot on your save.
