How you catch a boo is you have to use the dog lied and try to find him and when he starts shaking, you continue holding the dog loud until he’s a P and then you stuck on his tongue

For the first mission, the reason E. Gadd didn’t bring you back earlier before battling that big yellow ghost is because he was likely busy with something. You can’t trigger the boss fight before he calls you the first time
