This ending was so wholesome. Luigi crying those tears of relief and laughing after that traumatic night he had to go through because he's so happy to see that his brother is okay.
You can see Luigi's hands shaking from pure elation seeing his brother alive and well. The scene is so wholesome and it really goes to show you just how much Luigi loves his brother enough to face his biggest fears and stick through until the very end. Luigi wasn't going to let his fear stand between him and Mario, and that's why I love this game.
Since Mario was so dizzy and on the verge of fainting that we never saw him hug Luigi out of relief in the ending or something like that, (He does in Dark Moon though) Luigi's reactions to Mario being alive and well easily make up for it.
I'm so thankful Luigi's characterization was cemented in this game. Not only does this give Luigi's diary from paper mario 64 some surprising payoff, it gave the mario franchise a splash of color nintendo usually hesitates with when it comes to other characters. Love this game. Love luigi. Love the video.
This is definitely one of, if not the darkest Mario (it’s based on Luigi, but it’s still a Mario game in my eyes) games ever. With the creepy and very threatening King Boo, the disturbing Bowser boss, and Mario pleading for help inside a painting O_o
I found 3 to be much darker then the first two and King Boo was more serious then he was in the previous games to the point he was just going to turn the whole hotel into a huge painting
@@stomper1232 coldest take ever. first one was actually scary, with all the eerie silence, odd portrait ghosts, and easter eggs like luigi hanging by a noose.
But at least it’s not the virtual boy the king of headaches and the worlds smallest game library and two dpads and almost all the games being bad apart from Wario land
