This is the first video of several we produced with these two master drummers. The studio is Jimmy Branly's recording studio in California.
Some of the main things to look in Luis' playing are the rumba patterns he experiments with as well as his solo ideas on both conga and timbal. As far as Jimmy, there are many drum set ideas that he uses to accompany what it sounds like an authentic rhythm but that he modifies and gives it a more modern feel.
