As a 77-year old irish-italian crossbreed dude I can say that I've never stopped dancing to Luis Gasca. Living in Santa Fe, NM, I bought his albums when they came out. I've loved Latin jazz fusion for going on 50 years. It never guits delivering a jolt. I venture to wonder if any younger folks today have the appreciation of this music and know it by heart. If not, they are missing something.
