Thanks to all of the Chicago TV stations for broadcasting Officer Heusca's funeral. May God be with his family, friends, coworkers at the CPD. It was a beautiful funeral, but I am so sorry that it had to happen. I am praying for Office Huesca's family, friends and the CPD.
@@MIKECNWOk. Thank you. I don't know for sure. But if you were referring to the funeral itself, perhaps it was because because she was grieving and near tears.
@@scook5599 Yeah. She did speak quite a bit or at least in the ABC7 interview expressing not enough Police on the street and that should be played everywhere. Also I don't wana single her out but I hope it doesn't take a toll on her and those 2 sons of hers or husband. I also wonder where's Luis' dad? Is he also dead?
@@MIKECNW I think his Dad was at the funeral, but was in the background, or walking near Luis's Mother. Not everyone wants to be upfront. Don't forget, the family is grieving. There probably will be a toll on all of them. Thank goodness the suspect in this terrible crime has been apprehended. I agree that Luis's sister's comments should be replayed. But the funeral is the time to mourn the loss of this fine young man and to celebrate his life. Where are Brandon John's and Governor Pritzger in condemning the murder of Luis and a commitment to getting CPD staffing levels up and locking the criminals up? At least they both respected the family's wishes and did not attend the funeral.
