They are stars and will develop into suns. They will shine brightly even during darkest nights. Their reign of light will last for a long time, until they slowly fade away.
Even before it actually happened it worked on paper. Great it did work as expected. The question is who is that third guy? They have some interesting role players on the squad, but they need that third big scoring option. Probably a 6th man.
Jacob Price both guys show promise, both have and can play well in this system, but we never knows who gonna show up. Neither of those guys seem to have that killer instinct.
Fist Full Of Java KP and Luka are just so nice to see on the court at the same time. I hope we can get curry in as that third scoring punch. I like the small ball lineup of Luka at point, curry at shooting guard, Finney at small forward, kleber at power forward, and KP at the center
@@Chooopy Stockton wasn't a high level scorer like luka is. Malone was never a pick and pop or iso from the perimeter player. They're pick and roll savants but that's not enough for the comparison.
Better than dirk and Nash when they were playing together. Also purer scorer from luka. Wish dirk would've stepped out to the 3 point line rather than all those long 2s.
@@Isaiah_McIntosh Exactly. Stockton and Malone upgraded. Some would say the reason they never won was because they were too predictable. But with Luka and KP at full force pick and roll, pick and pop, drive, step-back, floater kick-out, switch and post-up from either of them(though KP still has to work on it). In the Half court they'll be damn near unstoppable as anyone could be. We can all see ways the Mavs could improve and they already have a historic offense. Offense of the likes of Warriors in their prime dynasty years. And the Mavs still fuck up a lot. When they figure it out as a team (and some of the defense) watch out.
@@vantianhergheligiu12 Yeah, but in my opinion Stockton was overhyped and wasn't as ambidextrous (he loved dribbling with his right hand, when he HAD to use his left it mostly ended in full stop). Malone was clearly the player that made Stockton into household name, not the other way around. But I get where you're coming from, and I can't disagree with anything you wrote.
@@matthewmartinez6922 it's either the coach made KP settle for threes everytime, or KP is just afraid to go near the rim now. Powell, and Kleber seemed to be fine with rolling to the rim to get an easy alley oop tho, idk why KP just won't do it too?
And then you see video how they competed against each other on Europe basketball cup and now you can tell, they are siblings. They don't like each other when competing against, but they love each other when fighting together.
My new fav duo!! I like shaq and kobe they are legend but shaq can only attack inside..these boys both can attack inside and outside..keep em and win some rings mavs!!
@@eliasmartin9842 it's a little cleaner than Dirk who I would say had the cleanest for a 7 footer before kp, but KP has one of my favorite jumpers ever. It looks so butter, plus its quick for his size
I think they are still missing a piece. Not a superstar, but someone like Marcus Morris Sr or Robert Covington playing 3 (with Luka at 2), who would complement LD & KP.
Mark Cuban is a genius for putting together this treat we can marvel at, be it for a long maraton or momentary burst of glory. I hope they load manage KP and save those knees for playoffs.
Greetings Mavs fans, coming from Luka's country. Those two can really be special in the future.Just another good player and the rings are flying to Dallas, leaving LA for a few seasons,at least.Show them, that they are wrong underrating Europeans.Giannis ain't American(but he's black and so a great athlete).Anyways.Prove them wrong once again.
I mean on defense Luka better than Nash and KP better than Dirk, that's a given. What's insane is that Dirk is the best Mav and European player ever and both these guys have the potential to pass him(if healthy), and they play together and their games are made for each other. Especially if KP becomes more efficient in the post. Not to do it all the time(cause that's not how the Mavs play) but enough so their opponent can't afford a switch down the stretch.
I was shocked they didn't just do more 2 man plays this season. Maybe they were saving it for the playoffs and KP got hurt but I feel like their Pick plays are basically unguardable
Love that duo flourishing in Mavs culture! Althought I think they are still missing a piece. Not a superstar, but someone like Marcus Morris Sr or Robert Covington playing 3 (with Luka at 2) - those two would complement the team greatly and make them a contender (if KP stays healthy).
As a englishman who has never had an interest in the NBA I'm loving the fact that foreigners are dominating an American league and they're definately great to watch I am however not European but I like these guys CMON THE MAVS
johns geographically speaking we are but culturally we ain't britain is an island off the main continent as a result we are totally different from the french germans dutch Belgians ect. only a very small minority of Brits would proudly say they're European and I certainly will not ever call my self a european English first British 2nd that's it.
Only a championship itself would make these two friends, like the commentator said Luka knows where everyone is at so dont make a tough shot when KP is wide open thats damaging
