@Flexorcist3030 I don't think any nba player takes him seriously. Guy looked like he would have cried if he had to look at the reporters in the eyes while making excuses about his bad night.
@@kspence98he’s been playing professionally since the age of 13. May not have been the NBA but he’s been playing against dudes bigger and more “experienced” than him for awhile. So the pressure of big games isn’t necessarily there for him.
He's probably the most unbiased nba journalist with a national audience. Most cover specific teams. Former players can't hide their ego or try to maintain relevancy with outlandish takes. WOJ is bought and paid for by the owners. Shams is devoted to the players first. Windy gives objective opinions on lbj and bronny even though his career was magnified covering lebron. You're barking up the wrong tree, my friend.
@@natashakuzmanoska9656ESPN has an agenda against Luka, even now most of their narratives are about Kyrie. And while I 100% think Kyrie deserves the praise he’s getting, it’s CRAZY that they aren’t doing any Luka focused segments like they do with Kyrie. They BOTH deserve praise.
He is playing great defense but KAT is 7ft tall and PJ is 6"7'. He shouldn't be completely neutralised. He needs to stop shooting 3s and take him into the post.
yeah it looks like KAT don't know how to deal with a guy that has faster feat than him and can beat him to his spots. Most his shots looks unbalanced and rushed.
@@kraw3026 well, considering Dallas has had the best defense in the league since the trade deadline, I think we know which one it is. Especially since KAT is the self-proclaimed GOAT Bigman shooter--what a joke
But but but, ANT the next MJ and the wolves the best defense ever. The media is clueless and always so quick to crown the next GOAT. Oh well, we'll sit back and wait for your next big fail. 😂😂
From Hoops Empire: The Boston Celtics in "clutch" situations this playoffs (last 5 mins of a game separated by 5pts or less): * 3-0 record * 134.4 ORTG * 96.9 DRTG * 37.5 Net RTG * 3.33 AST/TOV ratio > 63.8% TS For as much as the Celtics clutch ability is talked about, you'd think it's bad...
Guys,,, we've seen this before. It doesn't matter if KAT is a super max player. You have to do what's best for the team! If he's gonna be upset that's his problem. The NBA is hard, who knows when the Wolves will have another chance at the title again? At this time of the year you have to go all in no matter what!
Lively 100% suffered a concussion but unlike nfl, nba players aren't getting hit on the head every play so it's likely that he comes back sooner than later
Ant was never better than Tatum. Tatum is more crisp, more complete, more decisive and has better shooting. Ant will get there next year but he has to have a stacked team around him for his lack of playmaking to be offset.
There are two powerful things in play here. One for the league, specially with this new 2nd apron coming into play next season: the Celtics are proof that you can develop your own talent and make it successful (specially if they win this year). Two: the Celtics beat the Mavs by 28 with the new Maps players on March 1st. Yes, it was the regular season, but don't lose sight of this.
"if Kat just shot average...." the wolves are shooting 45% on wide open 3's this series.. the mavs are shooting 33% on wide open threes way below their average... so how about if mavs just play average it doesnt matter what KAT does.
Much like Steph did in 2022, Luka is gnna show that Milquetoast Tatum who the real superstar is. We seen this same old boring story from Boston before, they’re going to get pumped by Luka and Kyrie. Or I guess just hope for both of em to get injured like the rest of their opponents
I own a '24 Ram Limited Elite. I'll be honest, its the best looking and highest quality high end 1500 interior but I hate amount of controls in the screen. I'd much rather have full physical climate, camera and heated/cooled seats controls. It's very annoying to use them in a pinch.
I feel bad for Rudy Gobert. He's getting beat up on defense and then they trash talk to him. Plus He has no offense, its not the greatest idea to put him on courtin this series. Naz Reid should get the start!
The Dallas Mavericks are an incredible Basketball team, and there's absolutely nothing they can't do. It's too bad their fans, particularly the ones that frequent shows like this one, make it so hard to root for them
The difference... Luka, at 22, with a garbage team, lost to the better team in the WC finals Edwards at 22, with a stacked team, choking while talking $hit
“Nothing that happened before the trade deadline applies to anything thats gonna happen to the mavs going forward its just that simple.” OH but past seasons are held against the celtics like a knife to their throat even after they added kp and jrue when its no where close to the same team of years past, consistency in sports journalism is so fkn laughable
People keep talking about Boston and their easy road to finals. Dallas road havent been much harder. Clips without Kawhi. OKC who didnt look like OKC we know and Jwill/Chet couldnt make shot to save their lifes.Would been 4-1 Mavs if didnt lose that on game where they where outscored in last QT by 20 or something. Wolves look like dead men walking and still they been close in all game and in one they even managed to lose +20 or so. Luka/Kyrie been amazing
Hahahah „not much harder“?? So a clippers team with 3 HOFers throghout the entire series + Kawhi in 2 games (clips lost both), the number 1 seed in the west with the guy who finished 2nd in MVP, and the wolves playing the best defense in over 25 years (media couldn’t stop praising them) are „similar“ to Cavs with no Donovan Mitchell, Knicks without Randle and Pacers without Haliburton? Put down the crack pipe and start watching games
In what world does OKC 'not look like OKC we know'? Guys like you are the worst fans fr lol. Just credit Dallas defense for clamping everyone up and beating all teams in the clutch when it's time to close. The paint is impossible to score in due to Dallas' bigs and Dallas is amazing at scaring teams off the paint and forcing them to shoot contested 3's. Shai did well because he's got one of the best middy jumpshots in the game which is where he was forced to take most of his shots but the rest of the team was clamped down hard. OKC has always had a sketch offense all season. Shai will put up a consistent, efficient 30ppg nothing more nothing less but that's it, he isnt half the creator of Luka and OKC doesn't have another shot creator or facilitator on the team to get everyone else involved. Even in the current series against the Wolves the narrative isn't about how amazing Luka has been, or how amazing Dallas' defense has been, it's been spurts of "Kyrie's leadership" followed by "Ant is tired and needs to step up, so does KAT". As if Mavs defense don't have them locked up completely.
Celtics were favourite to sweep their opponents in every series they played whereas mavs were the underdogs in every one of these series..So I don't know how high you are to think they had similar level of difficulty to finals..
oh my God windy calling that shot “Traveling” is the most ridiculous thing in the world. Anything Luka does windy will oppose that , that is getting ridiculous. even x community notes corrects tweets saying that
Remember last week when ESPN was picking the Wolves to beat the Celtics in the Finals? LOL ESPN is looking for excuses to hate the Celtics. It’s embarrassing at this point.
Sorry, but Lively has been the best role player in the playoffs, not PJ. With the exception of the 4th quarter of Game 3, the Mavs have been straight up bad when Lively is not on the court.
First segment called "Luka & Kyrie push Dallas to win" ---> proceed to only talk about the Wolves and what coulda woula been. 🤡 Could you please hide your bias? You guys are embarrassing
