If people don’t wanna, or aren’t able to, appreciate a genius prodigy bc he’s not what they have in mind that a player has to be to be this dominant, well, then that’s on their missing-out myopic heads. Doncic is the best in the world. He’s an all time great. Of course, he’s the best during his time. It’s so clear to see. A no-brainer. That bothers some people. They don’t know how to accept having their world views shattered. And it’s glaring to everyone who can see.

And Doncic is my favourite player in the whole NBA after Kevin Durant right now, I watch him every single game and I know exacly how good he is and how good he plays, you don't have to explain me anything. Luka isn't consistent player like Jokic is. Jokic can have 10 games in a row great, while Doncic can't have more than 3 or 4 games like that. He is nearly 50-50 the whole season. First game he plays bad, 2nd game he plays great, than third game also inefficient, 4th game more efficient... While Jokic has consistency over Doncic and last 2 years he definitely owned him. Honestly, I respected Jokic since 2020, but when I saw Doncic in his rookie season and especially in his 2md season when he averaged 29,9 and 9, I honestly didn't expect that Jokic would become better than than him in this league. After having soo amazing season and being top 4 in MVP race if anyone talked me that next seasons Jokic would be better than Doncic, I would laugh at him, but that's what actually happened. After these 2 years, Jokic has been clearly better than Doncic, better on the offensive end and on the defensige end too. He may not average more points, maybe Doncic is more volume scorer, but he averages less points on much better efficiency all around and more rebounds and both of them are incredible passers soo... I'm not saying Luka won't be better than Jokic in the future, he has bright future, when his prime come, he will be one of the most dangerous players ever, but for now, Jokic is better.

That's why he isn't in MVP conversation, not because he is disrespect, and he isn't even close to be the most double teamed player in the league. It is Curry and even Durant gets more double teams than Luka sometimes. If Luka started to play at a high level since beggininf of this season, he would definitely make more noise, now it really isn't somethinf strange that he isn't in MVP. He isn't better than Jokic, Giannis and even Embiid and you can make an argument that Devin Booker deserves MVP more than Doncic. Anyway, I hope he will dominate in the play offs like always, because he plays even better when it is play off time and I hope Dallas will make noise.
