We have what we call ideal, but about once every ten years or so someone comes along with an unusual but natural sound that is entertaining, unique, and brings joy to listen to. I was on Facebook Messenger looking for a couch to buy and I went into the house were there was no electricity and no electric on and the guy that was showing me around the house said that the guy that owned the house had been in care taking facility for over 2 years and that his house was being repossessed by the bank. Sorry if this is a long message. So I walked into the house pitch dark with my cell phone flashlight on walking around this Victorian home looking at this gentleman's house with all his Victorian furniture for sale to pay for his medical bills. He was a boxer I'm in the basement he was a painter. As I'm looking around this man's house there were beautiful Furniture Victorian rugs everything this man works so hard for and was his dream home. There was a china cabinet that was built into the wall. One of the china cabinet doors opened up that led to his basement where he painted. I cried through the whole house because I lost a house that I owned and paid cash for so I understood his loss. I didn't want to leave the home and I just wanted to sit down and pray for this man Not only was he losing his home but he was losing his help also. I asked a gentleman what was the guy that owned the house is named. He said he didn't know but I ended up finding some mail on the counter so I took a screenshot of it. I didn't know if he was bedridden or not but I found him on Facebook and 4 Days prayer he made a post so I knew he was able to communicate through Facebook. I asked him to friend me. 4 days later he friended me and I told him a little about my life. About how I lost my home but I paid $185,000 cash for. He asked me do I normally go around and tell everybody about my personal life or was it something about him that attracted me to him. I had told him about how I replied to a Facebook Market post about some furniture that was being sold in a house to pay off some medical bills. His name is Gary DeBry and I told him no I don't go around telling everybody about my personal life but that I was in a house to buy some furniture and I told him I was in his house. I told him that I was in his house. He asked me if my couch consoled and my chair had sold and I said yes carry your couch in your chair sold but I was the one that bought it. He said really you did? And I told him that when I look at the couch and the chair I can't imagine anybody else owning it other than himself. I'm a single mom with not very much money so I borrowed a lot of money to buy the couch in the chair. Then I told him tell when he got better from the hospital I wanted him to have the couch and the chair so he could start his new Life over. He said I will pay you back the money you spent on it and I told him it wasn't about the money the was about giving back to him what he gave to the community. He was a boxer and then in the basement he was a painter. I told him because he had made a post at some point down the years because he was dating this beautiful woman and he said the path through the crooked Forest led me to her. I told him that the path through the forest led me to him and that God sent me here to save the things that he valued the most. I told him when he got better he could come and pick up his things and start a new beginning. He offered to pay me back and I told him no that life is not all about money it's about giving. I couldn't save his dream home but decorating your home starts with a couch and a chair and a rug and I have his new beginning here in my house waiting for him. isn't that what God put us all here to do is to help one another through the good times and bad. I understand losing a home because I lost so much that I'm wanting to help others they have gone through the same thing that I have. Please pray for Gary and his recovery
