Just me or has Luke grown in articulation, understanding, maturity from interviews in the no so distance past? Hope it is reflective of his performance.
Sadly or not.. but he is much better comentator and interviewer than he is a boxer.. You literally can listen to him breaking down fights for hours and don't get tired. He earned my respect right after I heard him comment his first fight in the ringside.
I hope you show us more of these kind of sit down interviews in other promotions. The format works really well and it's well produced. Almost a documentary feel to it. And in years to come this will be quality well produced content to look back at the period.
I always find it hard for boxers to be elite if they are not fans of the sport. And watch the fights. The reason the levels be different is cause some eat and sleep boxing others just make it a job.
I wouldve ignored Bradley and said NEXT question. I honestly would. I do it all the time to people with big egos like that. Just LITERALLY ignore them like they ARE NOT THERE. They go crazy lol.

Luke handled himself really well here but bullshit he hasn't studied Loma's previous fights, it's annoying when fighters say this and I've heard a lot say this lately
He has just admitted he never had the right guys around him. After 5 years he finally has it sorted. 22 fights in 6 years. Never beating anyone of note. Such a promising talent but it seems like his career has been a circus. Why are the Brit’s so unorganised?

When the trainer said we were working on his inside and mid range game, this is the key to beating Loma. You have to shoot first with Loma when he is in the inside and midrange. You have to disrupt Loma.
Can't hate Campbell. He's a good boy. But a good boy mentality isn't one that's going to beat Loma in my opinion. Someone dirty, with real spite, is going to be the one to beat Loma if it ever happens. Like Salido had that.

I think bradley came across really well in the ifl interview but here wow i think he thinks he was there to interrogate luke. Mental, very very aggressive.
All those tired old clichés we keep hearing from Campbell and others in interviews on this hyped up card about "the best fighting the best" and "styles make fights" are so unoriginal its getting really old. Mike Tyson put it bluntly when he heard the same BS. He said "everyone's got a plan till they get hit". All this trying to hype a fighter with the best in the world asking the questions only to be served up the same limp salad for answers is a waste of time. Let the fight happen and see how it went down and then ask the questions.

Mediocre boxer Yvan Mendy knoked him down and won the fight. Tough enough and very good, but not top champion Linares knoked him down and won the fight. He is so called "Olimpic gold medalist in London" . In fact the gold medal was a GIFT, go and watch the fight against the Bulgarian boxer Detelin Dalakliev. Against Loma he will be like Robin Givens against Mike Tyson ..... LOL
Bradley and Ward were superb here. Bradley went in pretty hard on Campbell but he held his own. Ward asked the more detailed questions about the fight. Adam Smith was in the room also.
