I didn’t grow up on country at all, rock, pop and hip hop were what I’ve mainly listened to my entire life up until recently when I’ve been going through stuff and idk why but I’m really identifying with a lot of country music more than I ever thought I would and now I CANT stop listening 😭 Any other good artist? I like Luke combs, Sam hunt and Drake white a lot and want to find more like them.

The song resonates with me personally because I had a similar experience. As a kid, I fell in love with this girl I went to school with. We were always paired up in class and spent lots of time together over the years. Unfortunately, she didn’t feel the same way. A few years go by and we had no contact until our high school reunion. When she walked in, her presence hit me like a hurricane and I didn’t know how to feel. She came up to me and gave me a hug and we had a good time. It was nice to have one last good memory. Hopefully I’ll find my special woman someday. ❤
