Eric's law should be federal. I'd back it 100%. As a person who has suffered from mental illnesses it should always be present. I'll never forget my sibling who had a mental breakdown while crying and cops threatened to arrest her....Hopefully, IDS like this can help enforcers of the law to be more careful in delicate situations dealing with people with disorders.

The autism segment has me balling. Love this! We need Eric's Law in all states!
