If you soak the onions and ice water before you cut them they won't make your eyes tear also keeping your fingers out of your eyeballs helps as well lol
A trick I use is biting down on a slice of bread while cutting my onions. I think the bread absorbs the onion aroma or something not sure about the science but it WORKS! lol
Yeah it can be daunting when you spend hours on a recipe just for something minor like forgetting a seasoning or adding too much to happen, but it looked good. I give it an A for effort!
