My father is never wrong and he tends to be a bit of a narcissist,we got into an argument an hour ago and like always he says your wrong,your wrong your completely wrong,I got mad and walked away.i just finished this meditation and it was very enlightening,thank you for allowing me to be more compassionate and to have the ability to forgive my father,may the force be with you always ❤

Yes meditation music helps a lot to remove stress, fear, anxiety, hate, all the things that keep us down, meditation is not about getting something, it is about loosing our limits, we are part of the force, the force is part of us, all life has the same enemy pain itself. To escape from suffering. Start healing. Just feel the moment. Meditation helps a lot on our journey. It is a way to give love and increase good vibes, if you give love you never loose everyone wins. We are all children of the force. Unique and connected like raindrops in the ocean of love. From the ocean we rise to the ocean we go. To learn to explore this amazing maze called life. To overcome life and death as we know it, change is eternal, we spread love for the lonly food for the hungry healing for the sick, wisdom and hope. We can learn from a lot of storys, people, philosophy, religion, there is something beautifull in everyone and everything, potential, to be free and go with this flow, to evolve, to heal, to find balanceis the goal of every meditation, mantra, prayer, yoga, dance, we can listen to music during meditation, the calm backround helps during homework, or while falling asleep. Peace for you and for me my friend reading this comment. May our dreams come true. We deserve to be happy and healthy. Love others and yourself. Love is rebellion. Love is law. We are love
