Amen. I have developed a lot of anxiety recently and I know that I haven’t been doing the Christian walk as much as I used to and I hate myself for it. Just leads to a bigger hole of guilt and anger with myself. I need God in my life and I admit that I’m lowly and nothing without him.

You cannot change your life. But you can give up your life to Jesus. And start to live with Jesus. Give the worldly life up and Jesus will change your life into a holy life.

You must study daily, 12-15hrs a day and weekly and monthly and all year around. For man cannot live off of bread alone. God made his words simple for us to spread the everlasting love that is in the Bible. Go to your secret place with God, as for the Holy Spirit daily, and before you do, afflicting the flesh such a fasting including no water for days if not weeks, and I promise you God will give you the Spirit that has overcame this world.

Practice in small steps man, you can keep doing more and more incrementally i.e. with family, people you're comfortable with, online etc. and it just gets easier and easier. Keep asking God and keep doing things to increase your confidence in general. Hope any of this helps . But of course stay in the word yourself and make sure you're obeying it/try to be in a place where what you're saying is genuine to God's word .
