He's a factist.

It isn't a character. Tom knows the truth and he spreads the truth. Just because he acts different doesn't mean that what he sings about he thinks is lies or wrong. you do not know him so how can you say that he is acting or getting into character. Many people act one way but think differently and have different opinions. take me for example. I act all nice and innocent but every single day I want to murder someone due to the tremendous amount of anger and resentment caused by the system we live in. So please do not spread lies and misinformation that he is acting when you know nothing about him. Just because people act different doesn't mean it is in act. just because a father dies and the son wants attention so he steals and gets in trouble. People think that is an act or he is doing it to cause trouble no it is a cry for help and the son wants to have someone to lean on. the reason I know this is because I have been through that pain. I have been through tremendous mental and physical pain. So if anyone knows how bad the world we live in today is, it's me.

@@savagebeast427 it's still art. I watch his videos when he is just talking about something ....he's just being himself...the videos are art. Serious meaning but still art. He was portraying the system, as a personification, it is a character, he and nova are still artists....get it? They have a serious message I agree.

He doesn't have a political bag. He always just points out hypocrisy yo. Labeling his words political imo is the result of conditioning for real. Tom is just the king of pointing hypocrisy and when you delve into political hypocrisy, well you tred in waters of programmed certainties when politics is even brought up. I hate politics, but I understand the need to point the shit out yo. It's one of the greatest forms of divide and false sense of righteousness imo, and you can't tackle that without speaking on it. Double edged sword for many all around. 😉

@@2TRUTH4SAUCE2 I've enjoyed Tom's music but tbh this is just how these songs get categorized. I know he doesn't particularly stand on one side of the political aisle or the other. I am fully aware that he tries to convey through his music, the outright hypocrisy which is all around us. I'm not trying to label his words political, it's just how it is when you speak on such "socially charged" topics. Call it conditioning if you want, but you can thank the PC culture for that as well as government/politics that have seeped into almost every part of our daily lives. No denying that. So whether it is pointing out hypocrisy in politics, or "socially charged" topics, or the ridiculousness of PC culture, etc etc. it literally becomes a mixed bag because they all cross over. The song reacted to today is called The System. So who do you think "the system" is mostly. If you answer honestly with yourself, it is those in charge in which many if not most are in politics. Sure there are others who are not politicians but they tend to not be who "the system" refers to typically. So "political bag" is a collective term of the aforementioned. Not meant to be derogatory to Tom's music. Be wary not to try to sound too sensitive to "labeling" of Tom's music or you may run the risk of sounding like the ones Tom tries to call out. 😉🤷‍♀️

@@royceanne7986 Meh.. Politics is only one kog in the machine that is the system, so I have to disagree with your assertion that speaking about the system is speaking about politics. Do we live in a world where everyone wants to inject politics into everything, yes. But that's kind of the point of politics, and it's purpose within said system.

What I've gathered from these reactions is that nearly everyone "knows" this is the truth but doesn't want to look like a nutcase admitting it.

@@H8tfulJay Dude Bro, it's not even a question of whether you want to talk about it. Every reactor knows if they give their opinions about some of these subjects they will be demonetized. Choosing not to do exactly what the YT system doesn't want you to do is a form of control. #TheSystem

I don't care "what every other reactor does" or why, my reason is my reason, if I WANTED to die on that hill trust me I would have no problem with doing so
