I have always been in awe of professional dancers. The things they put their bodies through to show us a breath taking externalization of a all too relatable inward struggle. Beautiful.

This is so powerful and moving. Heather's facial expressions are really impactful, and the choreography is stunning. I love all of the intricate hand and arm movements that she does at the beginning - especially 2:07. When the dance continues outside of the car, you can feel the emotion picking up as she turns and lunges more quickly and with more purpose, eventually running away at the end. This series is just what I needed right now! I love the other two videos as well.

Interesting interpretation of grieving - loved the Q&A section on the National Ballet of Canada website (national.ballet.ca/Ballet-News-Plus/News/Lulu)

It was different . It seemed to me that the young woman was also using sign language with her routine.
