Teller about it. Tried about a billion times before it eventually worked and I didn't even change anything. Terrible!! The app also has a bunch of things that need improvement. Such as sliders and amount of presets you are allowed to have. That said I'll never go back to regular bulbs, these are awesome
It's actually nice, only 1 thing need to do: step the manual WORD-BY-WORD when says, turn it on-off-on-off-on-off. As many times as the manual says(and works with 2.4Ghz only)

You need to turn it on-off multiple times but waiting/pausing for a brief second or two before turning back on... Do that like 3-4 times and it should then start to flicker!
So, after initial setup and configuration, can you still control the bulbs via the App if your internet is down? i.e. Wifi is up, ISP is down and your phone and bulbs are connected to your Wifi?
Yes you can! The only issue you might have with using a ceiling fan is your going to always have to have it switches on so it can be powered to control!
I have a problem I have both bulbs connected but when I ask Alexa to turn off my lights she only turns one of them off is there a way I could have her turn them both off at the same time?
Bailey Holohan I’ve connected it. I literally had to figure out how to separate my 5g network from my 2g (i had dualband- most xfinity customers do)- the plusminus app did not work for me, i ended up using smartlife
notezatall plus minus worked for my brother about a year ago and it still does for him now, i tried downloading the tuya app and the smart life app (theyre pretty much the exact same) and ive managed to connect it now, Just think its shitty how the app they provide you with and tell you to download doesnt even let you connect properly, thanks i appreciate the help

hmm... usually trying a few times fixes the issue... if that does not work switch devices and try a different OS for setup... so if you tried on an Android device switch to an iOS device or vice versa!
