Here's how the walking speed works: If you see on the top of your watch, it reads "Base 164 ft". If you look all the way around your watch, between the hour numbers and compass numbers, you see 15, 12, 10, 9, .......1.9. These represent speed in mph. What does all this mean? Well, you have to find an object that is 164 feet away from you. When the second hand is at 12, you start walking. When you reach the object that is 164 feet away, whatever number the second hand falls on, that is your speed

I just received my Luminox Scott Cassell 3059 and it's a bad ass time piece. It has a orange face with is very cool. Also it came with extra straps. I really like these time pieces. I plan on getting another and this is the one I want. I like the color scheme and it will come in handy when I'm out door's. Great video Bro.

The strap is made of nylon, it looks a lot like a Maratac Zulu strap, and for all that ask, they are great watch straps. I sport a black one on my Casio Pathfinder PAG240 green face watch. Sold by CountyComm, I think.

I do the same thing when I wear the nato strap. It fits great on my my wrist. When I do that. It really fit snug.

The movements are not listed on the website page for each model, but should be listed on the product sheet (they link it from the model's page right under the model name, it is a pdf file). You're right though it is a Ronda 515 HH6.

nice review man.. but tell me, does the second hand hit the seconds markers on the dial ? It looks a little off. That's one of my biggest peeves about quartz watches when they dont line up. It would annoy me every time I looked at it.

Thats EXACTLY what you are supposed to do with the strap btw. Our pilots always do this.
