LUMPIANG PUSO NG SAGING (Exact ingredients below)
This is my version of banana blossoms spring roll or we call it lumpiang puso ng saging. It is made with simple ingredients which for sure you will not have a hard time to find it if you are here in the Philippines. It is nutritious and budget meal friendly. Can be served as a snack or a main dish.
Serve it while it's freshly cooked, perfectly partnered with a spiced vinegar dip. Enjoy and share it with your friends & family.
Ingredients:
7 cloves of garlic
1 medium-sized onion
1/4 kg ground pork
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
1 pc medium-sized banana heart
1/3 cup of flour
2 pc eggs
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
lumpia wrapper
