I think that luna is a great type of person to be a friend. She ain't gonna be pretentious, but she still wants the both of you to know each other very well first and maybe end up being close without any facades. I'm glad shubachoco gave themselves the chance to get know her better.
Luna leaves a bad first impression though. Person visits you for the first time then starts ordering you around, wanting bath bombs and her preferred flavour of candies.
@@Animemus True, but in a sense, it breaks down the pretense people usually have during their first few meetings real fast. Like what Subaru said, it makes me think "Oh this is someone I can poke fun of without holding back".
@@Animemus So, a Princess, acting like a Princess bothers you. Luna has the reputation of always staying in character. I think people expect that of her by now. That's why Choco is happy to spoil her.

@@Animemus I agree that when meeting someone for an outing, that you’ve met over the internet, you’re not expecting them to act like their online persona, but these girls just know enough of each other that playing their personas in-person to one another is just another way they do playful banter. This is evident in the way that they all enjoy each other’s company in the end. I’m sure they still have their indifferences about one another, but they’ve become fast friends since then.
The friendship Luna has found (against her own expectations) in Hololive with ChocoSuba is so heartwarming. Makes me so happy for her to see her so happy and with people that seem to care for and respect her.
I also remember Coco being the very first wanting to spoil her saying she wouldn't even let her feet get dirty by letting them touch the ground and will carry her instead
I feel like Luna grows on you. Similarly with Subaru, Kiara, and others that I can’t think of off the top of my head. But when you “get” it? You seem to like them more, and even appreciate the things that you may have thought off putting at first. I don’t know lol.
tbh when I started watching hololive around June, I always watch luna and kinda worry that she doesn't get along with other members except matsuri. but now she made a lot of friends now. so proud XD
@@sayachii777 they both accepted that they had a fight which lead to the end of FestivalLuna (something about Matsuri breaking a promise), but thay also did reconcile and are now on a better terms than before

There's something fitting that Subaru, who is as straightforward and outgoing as they come, pairs well with two characters that sometimes don't get to shine in other collabs. Then you add Botan for gaming streams, and it's almost like they're all different characters! Really fun to watch them together, but wow, hard not to give Subaru credit for being such a good companion.
out of everyone in hololive, this trio is by far the most quirky grouping. Choco-mel makes sense kanacoco makes sense because they are from the same gen Sora/Azki PekoMiko all of these pairs make sense but the sexy demon ero nurse, the duck and the baby candy princess is just so quirky compared to the rest

As a LuKnight its been nice to see Luna grow in the last couple of months. She used to do most of her things alone but have now found 2 good friends to have fun with. Thank you Choco and Subaru for taking care of our princess! ♥
Wow, Subaru and Choco sensei always been the closest between gen mates? I thought it was Ayame for Subaru, since they're both in FAMS and they used to do a lot of AyaSuba. Interesting!
I always thought Aqua and Shinon were the closest in Gen 2. They’re a popular pair. With Choco you think of her and Mel, not her and another gen mate. Then Ayame was avoiding Subaru and getting closer with Mio.
@@Animemus I think Subaru meant who in gen 2 she herself was closest to, not which two gen 2 members are the closest (which I’d agree is probably Aqua/Shion)
Choco and Subaru being the closest from gen 2 is a bit of a strange pairing, considering they seem like total opposites. Choco is very flirty and likes to joke around, while Subaru is proper and serious. But I suppose it makes sense that the teacher and model student get along well. And well, they're the most "normal" in that gen too. Shion and Ayame is Inkya for life, and Aqua is Aqua.
I mean, Shion and Ayame streams are pretty far and few between themselves it feels like, so there's probably not as much opportunity there, and yeah....Aqua is Aqua.
