Hi so no need to connect in app? And is it normal that once u open it the luna mini 2 vabriation is non stop?

@@graciesph7999 first time you get your LUNA mini 2 we recommend connecting it to the app because of the warranty. After that you can continue using LUNA mini 2 manually with turning it on by clicking the power button and setting up the intensity. Regarding vibration, could you please clarify this part? You unboxed your device, turned it on and it vibrates - if that's the case that's fine it should start vibrating when you turn it on. If you mean that you want to connect it to the app and it vibrates and you can't connect it, hold the power button a bit longer. 🤗

I’m sorry, I was doing this with my 12-year-old daughter trying to teach her the proper way and in all honesty you moved really fast and my daughter even said that it looks like he was just trying to model for the video as I see other people have actually mentioned as well. Definitely appreciate anybody trying to help us beginners, though.

Hi Red Rose, it's recommended to use it on a daily basis. Once a day should be more than alright. Of course every skin is different, if yours is more sensitive maybe it will work better for you to use it three times a week, or if it's oily twice a day should be just fine.

I use to have a Clarisonic, but they no longer sell the brushes. Changed to Luna mini 2 and not sure if I like it so much. I don’t feel like it cleans my face as well as the Clarisonic did. I noticed my pores are more noticeable with the Luna. But I’ll continue to see if I notice a difference over time. I have actually notice more breakouts though 🥴 and unfortunately it’s right before I have filming. Hopefully in the next two week I can have fabulous skin.

Foreo sells expensive junk. The bristles on this product falls off in a matter of months. And it's not covered by Foreo's warranty. Worst customer service ever, don't waste your money.
