the amount of sandstorm fanboys in the comments is something else. yes respect the og's but lets face it this new generatin of players are way more stacked than in his prime
So what if people like sandstorm? People can have favorite players and opinions. Why does it bother you so much that some people believe in their favorite pro player? Thats like saying the amount of fans on the lakers team in the stadium is something else.. please make it make sense. Let people be and believe in what they want. No one is saying sandstorm is better than luna, or the new players, leave people alone and tend to your own feelings.
@itsDistinctly tbf Luna was around for a while as a not quite top 8 player for like over a year before he really broke onto the pro scene. I'm sure sandstorm beat him a few times then
I would imagine the reason he didn't want to do that is because Luna adapts extremely well, this is something all the pros say about Luna. So, he wanted to keep switching it up so that Luna couldn't adapt.
People are fan of him because Sandstorm is the guy that push boundaries and experiment a lot in the game. He can main any weapon (maybe not lance) and he won tournaments with a variety. Thats awesome, show how the game is interesting. Hardy MJ is a greatsword player but Sandstorm is still more pro with Greatsword. He is really a diferent, ,not always for the "money/win" but for the game itself (he won a lot so he does not need to prove for haters of course).
Luna saying where is the shame that sandstorm was playing Tezca while, he won a lot of tournaments with teros when he was the most meta pick. GG's though Luna is a beast and really plays a lot of legends nowadays. Respect

@@orrinnirro game 4 when he has gauntlets hes fishing for side lights and recoveries instead of nlight, i just wonder if that was sandstorm intentionally going for a move that he knows will kill earlier since nlight got nerfed, or if its just coincidence

@@Reaperrr968 battle boots was still broken when this match was played. Washedstorm got into grands because he abused battle boots againts megd when he started to lose. He isnt trolling or "doesnt care" Otherwise he would never come back to this game

@@hvhyyifjj1593 you realize most of the players who are on top right now - snowy, sting ray , raydish , luna - were getting dominated by sandstorm in his prime when he was winning every tourney. he is not in his prime right now but yet still is coming in top 8 and placing 5th in the tourneys and this tourney he placed 2nd
@@ezzy6167 cause those players improved ofcourse. Prime Sandstorm lost to java and snowy who are berarly low top 8. Sandstorm practiced alot for winters as he said himself and in these cummunity tournies he still cannot beat luna. He placed 5th in an official tournament in his own region.
