Lunar New Year Decorations | Playrix Gardenscapes 

Some of these decorations don't appear to me: the "Lantern Garland", the "Coin Gate", the "Lucky Lanterns" and the "Night Lights". They don't show up in my catalog to be bought. Do I gotta be further in the story to be able to buy them?
