So Lunar doesn't want to be questioned about things because he's feeling apathetic. I was actually pretty surprised to hear he didn't really care to see Nice Eclipse especially since they seemed to be bonding.

Lunar is very much avoiding his trauma. That’s why he is running, he’s both literally and metaphorically running from it. Being numb to it is not good. He is acknowledging what happened. But none of it has sunk in yet. It’s like he is still stuck. I loved that Sun really tried to help him open up, and apologized again. He didn’t want Lunar to feel pressured to accepting it, kind of like how he did when Lunar apologized long ago for stuff he did. Here’s hoping Earth can help. And congrats on 500,000 subscribers and 500 episodes!!! 🎉🎉🎉

Oh wow, a lot to unpack from this episode. Lets start off with the main thing, Lunar's apparent numbness. It's often a sign of depression, and is often stemmed from bottling up emotions or, well, not letting yourself feel anything. Unlike Sun, Im going to assume (from Lunar's nature), instead of an angry outburst, they're going to mentally breakdown in tears once those emotions get released. Seeing how they are also uninterested in things they were used to, that is also a sign of depression. Considering the fact they don't enjoy the things they used to. (Etc. Kingdom Hearts) They also show some signs of PTSD. Such as not wanting to be near Good Eclipse (likely because they look like their abuser), and keep running. This probably stems from the fear of being 'caught', like when Eclipse blew them up (which also has some relations as well). Being dead for 3 months yet being able to sense time going by must've really wreaked Lunar's mental health more than Eclipse already did. Imagine not being in control of yourself for 3 months, and not being able to even feel a thing. I hope that Lunar will be able open up to Earth and dig up those pent up emotions of anger and sadness, because otherwise things will go south, and we will never get back the shining star from before. (though maybe he wont be, and that's fine, as long as he heals) Analysis aside, congratulations to SAMS for hitting 500k! You have been my comfort show for almost half a year now (fan since early S2), and I'm proud of the actors for being able to voice so many characters and most importantly portray them so well. Also, amazing job to the editor! You also were a great asset to creating these videos, and thank you for editing them so well. Lastly, to the new thumbnail artist, I did forget your tag, but you create such amazing pieces of art for the episodes (ETC. Eclipse's Death, Earth's Origin Story). We need more interactions between the computer twins. Always makes me giggle. Also, I hope someone out there can help Lunar out. It seems like he's subconsciously internalizing the trauma. Which is very much not good for anyone's mental health.

I have a feeling that the reason why Lunar is running a lot is because he still doesn't feel safe. Even though Eclipse is gone, Lunar still is subconsciously stuck in the last moments before he died and is trying to find a place where he does feels safe. I fear that whatever cosmic entity, that Eclipse mentioned, is going to take advantage of Lunar's condition and the bad future that Eclipse was worried about would come to pass. Lunar did mentioned that weird thing that happened during his space travels, that Sun brushed off as science stuff. Hopefully Lunar is willing to talk about it with Earth, or even someone else like Golden Freddy or Golden Bonnie. Those two have been through death itself and came back from it, all be it by magical/mystic means.

Now that we know Lunar's current emotional state, I can feel a bit calmer. he's definitely in a stoic state where him emotions haven't kicked in yet, like shock, and it's totally understandable considering what he's been through. And it's not something that can be forced to happen, even if i sad how the trauma makes he no longer want to do things he used to love. I trust the process of time, and I only hope that when emotions return, he will have people close to he to lean on in the right way... I'm actually more scared by that light that he mentioned and that he said he went through or entered him body. That can't be normal right?

I get it. Lunar's constantly running to feel safe, because he couldn't get away before. I know a bit about that kind of thing. Poor bean... he probably just needs some time to process it before he will even accept help. I really hope Lunar will go see Nice Eclipse though! The whole ordeal probably traumatized him to where he's triggered if he sees an Eclipse. I hope it doesn't ruin their relationship because I love his dynamic with Nice Eclipse. He helped defeat the evil one and was willing to sacrifice himself to avenge Lunar

XDD I'm loving how blunt that Lunar was when Sun suggested he talk with Earth and he was like I met her 3 days ago! That's like going up to you and Moon saying "I'm getting abused!" XD It would be so jarring to lay that out there! Sunny is right, he learned it from Lunar first, that bottling up emotions is bad. Sun just doesn't want his little brother to bottle up his feelings and let it hurt himself.

Hearing Lunar not care about Nice Eclipse really hurt. "Yeah he's better than the other one..." -like, Lunar, you latched onto him the second you met him.

This’ll be amazing and sad, Lunar really just needs like 30 years of therapy at this point, they all really do to be honest. Also, congrats on 500k! You all really deserve it and this channel has grown so much since I first found it. Everyone in the fandom is proud of y’all!

Okay, so, first, Sun deserves a lots of love and respect for trying to be the therapist here, while he was always the one, who need/needed therapist, so I am really proud of him right now. And second of all, I think there is 2 options for Lunar acting like this 1. Maybe Eclipse words will come true and Lunar will turn evil. or 2. He will turn emotionless because of all the stress and numb feelings what he went trough, and ofc, none of them is good.

You know I never thought I'd relate to Lunar since me and him have **very** different personalities, but I can't express how much I and probably many other people relate to Lunar just feeling numb- Him only feeling emotions when bad things are happening but just feeling completely numb afterwards and never fully experiencing the emotions that you'd expect him to feel because his brain has just blocked it all out as a defense mechanism. This tends to be a response that abuse survivors have or people with other mental illnesses have- Especially people with PTSD, so it makes sense for Lunar to have this happen to him. I might go into detail on why some people respond to trauma by going numb, but right now I'm just going to go cry into my pillow😁👍

My theory for why Lunar is running so much is this. If we remember in the video where Lunar dies you'll notice that Lunar was scared and when Eclipse was about to blow him up Lunar was attempting to run to Monty for protection but failed as stated in the video. I think that Lunar remembers those tariffing moments and doesn't want it to happen again and even tho he knows that Eclipse is dead(I hope) he still is scared. So I think that Lunar is always wanting to run is because of that reason in particular. He's perpearing for if in any reason he'll have to run. And I think the reason why he doesn't know how to feel about this is because he's going through what Sun went through. He's gone through some very hard times and he thinks that the best thing to do is to keep all his feelings inside locked away in a closest and he fears that if he were to express his feelings something bad might happen and it whould be his falt. Thats why I think Lunar is acting like this. GIVE ME MY OLD BEAN BACK PLZ!!!!!!!

Giving time is the best for Lunar. Just make sure he's ok and keep an eye on him. He's not gonna wanna talk to anyone about and needs time for him to process everything. Being around the people he knows and trusts is fine enough at the moment. Don't force him to talk about it or to seek out Earth just yet. Lil guys been through alot

With the amount of trauma the beans have been through, I hope that earth can talk to lunie about the trauma hes gone through. Like with sun and moon when they were mad at each other. I want to give lunar a hug. Not just a hug, a whole cuddle session. And i give everyone virtual hugs if theyve been through any kind of abuse or trauma and pain. Aww poor Lunar, he's just so numb about everything that had happened to him.. I feel so bad for him! Our baby boy needs all the love he can get, from Sun, Moon, Monty, Earth, and us the viewers! The baby boy needs to know that it's ok to not talk about it, but it's still good to talk about it to feel closure of it.. Hope Lunar gets better and the time to get back on his lil feet- whenever he's ready if course- However, cannot wait for more episodes and possibly the supposed Earth and Lunar show in the future! 🌚🌞💙

I can understand Lunar is a bit annoyed that everyone is checking in on him because he was a victim and got revived. He feels everyone is pestering him about it as if he's supposed to feel something about the whole experience. But he doesn't feel much about it because it's in the past and his killer is dead. Plus explosions are very quick so when he was blown up, it was fast that he couldn't feel the agony of it before he was already dead. I swear that's the only mercy that he was given from Eclipse, a quick death!

I definitely agree with what moon said the last thing that lunar wanted and tried to do before he died was run now his constant running is either a coping mechanism or a trauma response. With the lack of interest in things, he would usually love and his feeling of numbness one could theorize that lunar has depression.

The amount that I can relate to Lunar.... warning, big trauma dump bellow \/ Found out I was being emotionally abused almost all my life when my dad left, he ran from his issues and then died before I could truly consider starting over with him, other large things that I had to be told happened to me and I vaguely remember. I've been depressed for years and the only thing I felt.. was numb. If I had to guess I would say that Lunar just needs time to get feelings back. I know I have trouble feeling anything other than happy, bored or uncomfortable. I could imagine it's similar with him. And he wouldn't even be forcing those emotions, it's just he doesn't know what else to do. Actually happy to see people, and almost nothing else.

How refreshing it is to see Lunar still being so funny in his weird way, while maintaining his trademark cunning and intelligence even if he likes to act carefree and distracted. Everything he has said is quite logical, sad but logical, the one who to protect himself has been left in an apathetic state where his emotions seem to be far from his body. It will probably be a while before he sees the true consequences of the trauma, until then, it will be enough that he is not alone. And wow was the boy chosen by a star to have super powers in the future? I don't think the star gods like that~

My immediate response to the title was just, “Oh no. 😂” Edit: Watched the stream. Dang, I’ve never seen Lunar as relatable as now. Feeling numb and just kinda taking things in the flow of what they are. Makes me think of the song I was playing literally as the stream started, “Numb Little Bug”.

I really hope lunar ends up alright in the end. The fact he didn’t wanna play kingdom hearts or go see nice eclipse is kinda sad.

Of course Lunar feels numb. He died. The person who tormented him won and the people who were supposed to protect him let him die. A tough lesson to learn for someone so innocent, bad things happen to people who don’t deserve it and the people you love will let you down. Better to be numb to the world then to let it hurt you again.

Remember, Lunar was reconstructed from a single piece of nano chip that just so happened to survive the blast. Lunar might have lost a few things from before his death since the nano chip only had so much of him, the reconstruction just helped to fill in the gaps

I feel like Earth is probably the best one to talk to Lunar about all of this the best person to try to get him to open up about his feelings

It does seem like Lunar is trying to avoid everything that has happened in the past, but it is not good for him. We need Earth right now. She's a comfortable person, and maybe Monty can help too, but I do wonder why he doesn't want to see Nice Eclipse when I thought he liked him better than Bad Eclipse, so am I wrong or is something wrong with Lunar? I'm just confused right now

Moon's theory about lunar running a lot is probably actually right because when he died he was running to Monty so his natural instinct is to just keep running since that happened and it makes sense for his speech, memories, and emotions to just to be like kind of messed up because of his head getting blown off I'm just really hoping he goes back to being normal lunar I feel so bad for him😢 and sun and moon deserve 500k or 501k subs😊

Omg….. okay…. I just finished the video and trying to process it. That’s not normal for Lunar to feel ‘numb’ and he doesn’t wanna play or see Good Eclipse?? That’s how he wanted to do in the past….. And what Moon said….. how Lunar ran to Monty right before he died and now all he wants to do is run….. god that’s so sad- I think that’s just his way to cope or something- he’s like subconsciously doing it…. He ran to Monty for comfort, he knew that Monty was trustworthy so maybe he’s just running for that comfort? I don’t know….. but I feel bad for Lunar and he definitely needs help.

So I have some thoughts on this episode •I feel like sun was kinda focusing it out of him, and I know how that feels. My parents do the same thing. It's good to talk about these things, but if someone isn't ready you shouldn't pressure them •during their conversation sun keeps bringing up earth and how lunar should talk to her but lunar only met her a few days before, and he even mentions this He should talk about it but not with her, at least not for now •I know sun's trying to help, but I feel like he should take a different approach (I don't know if any of this was on purpose)

(Congrats on the 500K guys!!~ You've come a long way! ^^) It's nice to see Sun in a fixed body now, funny to hear the ai brothers still arguing as per usual too, the size hijinks at the start gave me a good laugh too, I loved the little mario sound effects for them. As fun as the start was, I'm definitely worried about Lunar, he seems to not have let what's happened to him sink in fully yet, feel like his running around thing is a way for him to keep busy. He could do other things other than run, but he doesn't.. Baby boy needs some therapy at some point. I'd hate to see him deal with this on his own, I hope he'll open up eventually. It was really good of Sun to talk to him again, try to help him and apologize for what happened last time between them as well again, Sun definitely picked up a thing or two from Earth's help. As for Ruin, Hope Moon will be careful around the guy.
