Thank you Rick and and thank you everyone for this testimony. You guys did a great outstanding job at the time and now talking about it. You were great parts of something huge, still regarded as one of the best series ever made...
I watched BoB so many times and then went on to concentrate on the real veterans of Easy Company through reading, forming a Fb page, talking to family members etc. This really made me smile and I enjoyed watching it from start to finish and gave a good insight in to the bond that you genuinely seem to share. Thank you
Been to Longmoor Camp so many time during my military career. Even commanded a 'platoon attack' on the bridge that was the first engagement in BoB. Recognised so many places they walked around. Great wee video guys. Thanks.
I was also in the cadets. I wish I payed more attention to where we went because that all looks familiar. How cool would it have been if Freddie-Joe Farnsworth had rocked up and started calling everyone weenies?
I watched the documentary footage that Ron Livingston shot and enjoyed it. I was in the U.S. Army back in the late 80's and early 90's and watching you all go through your boot camp really reminded me of my own Army Basic Training. Going through something like that will really form strong bonds with those who are going through it with you.
