Lunch in the car. What am I having. 

Love your laidback approach to car camping - that's how it should be, and let's face it, plans are stressful and place expectations on whatever you're doing. Relaxed and easy is the way to go, though of course you have to plan some things. Love the quick and simple food! Ideal for camping and saves on time, stress, food splashes everywhere, washing up, the list goes on. Although we have room to cook in ours, it is often more trouble than it's worth! Scarborough is a great place to park and we really enjoyed the town and seafront - we also parked up near the water park there and found that very peaceful.

When camping it's bread salad deli meats fruit raw vegies cold cereal and milk

I eat those pasta salads sometimes. They're inexpensive and fairly healthy.
