Today's inspiration comes from Germany, a lunch box idea inspired by the German bakeries, cafes and food when on the go, or a quick mid afternoon snack idea, that's DIY and you literally assemble before eating, then check out this deliciously FUN lunch box idea!
Add an icepack if you pack anything perishable!

Today's delicious lunch box idea uses 2 slices of wholemeal seeds and grains bread, mortadella slices, beef tomato slices, cucumber slices, salad leaves, salt, pepper. Fruit of your choice : dried apricots. Paprika savoury sticks or snacks of your choice, and greek olives and feta. Remember to think age appropriateness of the lunch and what you pack and chop up the fruit to avoid any choking hazard.
