Passed all levels. The pranayama practice I learnt was to hold the breath (Kumbhakam) for one or one and a half times the breath-in (purakam) duration and exhale (breath out or rechakam) over twice the inhalation.
2days back i couldnt complete level 3. But after practicing for 2days 3times a day i'm finally able to pass level 3 ..very happy... btw i have COPD ... so it is a great achievement for me
I highly advice swimming as its one of the best lung exercises also a good breathing exercises before you start swimming is breathing in the air with your mouth and releasing it under the water with your nose, then when you get good at it u can start swimming that way, and then when you get good at that start diving. It also helps with COPD caused by smoking (don't know what is the reasons for you tho) as cigarettes also damage heart and overall swimming is a good cardio
Congratz, be safe and always keep your health, I'm happy of being a normal person without any condition, and I am trying to improve that, health is everything
If i walk a few meters I'm gonna be out of breath but surprisingly i beat lvl C first time maybe the doctor was right that I have normal lungs when i get a check up
The reason i practice this is because i wanna be superhuman and be superhuman innovative and be made of rubber so that anything you say is richocheting off of me and it'll glue to you and be devestating more than ever demonstrating how to give a motherfuckin audience a feeling like it's levitating never fading
Done all three in first attempt but I still feel that lungs are not fully recovered from excessive weed smoking. But the fact that I smoked yesterday may add to the reason.
this was all too easy so i did it with a stop watch. 3:14, then i really had to breathe. yall are tripping if you got no health issue and cant breathe pass 1 minute 💀
Don't warry it's just because you are overthinking..I also have covid on 25 April after 18 days isolation 2 week I also feel chest haveness some breathing problem fear also but it's normal just keep busy your self now I completely ok
