The last long weekend in August was the hotest on record and i went to see if i could catch some bass in amonsgst the huge mackerel and whitebait shoals.
The sea was alive with whitebait which made the fishing tricky but as always i learnt a lot along the way and got reminded of some lure fishing do's and dont's along the way.
