Luria delbruck experiment 

This lecture explains about the details of luria delbruck experiment. Luria and delbruck conducted an experiment to prove the origin of mutation and it proves that the mutation is a spontaneous event and not an acquired event. The luria delbruck experiment is done using bactwriophage resistance feature of few bacteria and the idea of spreading that factor with horizontal gene transfer.
