This is a beautiful box i love lush some of there products you are better of storeing in the fridge. This is a great gift for a teenager .i know because my daughter use to love lush sadly i lost my daughter but this box bring back great memories. One thing i do love from lush is the sea salt body scrub this is also better storeing in the fridge. Thank you for the vlog i have nt been to lush for so long next time i go shopping am going to go get myself some sea salt body scrub. Once again thank you so much for another great vlog 💖😊💖xxxx
I take cold showers, but I love hot baths more than anything. I take probably 4-5 baths a week, they really help me with my chronic pain, and they're just so relaxing 👌👌
$300.00 for this would be a no but it's still a better deal than the Chanel one. Of course I give this a thumbs up because of your dedication to this. I get asked by my friends husband's for gift ideas for their wife.
A few little tidbits that i don't know if you knew is that The box is completely handmade and that 6 of the products are exclusive to the advent callender and can't be found anywhere else. The merry christmas showergel for example is solely made for the advent callendar! Also a quick little tip: the sleepy bear and hippo are the cutest when you gently lower them on your hand in the water. They will float and look like tiny baby animals enjoying the bat htogether with you ^^
@@AHeatedMess OH i just got to the part where you got confused about the difference between a bathbomb and a bubblebar. Incase someone in the comments hasan't explained it yet: a bathbomb is a one time use item, just drop it in the bath and enjoy the art it creates. A bubblebar is more like solid bath foam. Break a piece of, crumble under running water (or put the shower head on it) and enjoy a nice bubblebath! Most bubblebars you can use multiple times(4-6). The exception with the bubblebars is the candy cane, you can just hold that one under the running water directly and let it dry to be used next bath instead of breaking a piece off! Happy bathing^^
Bath bombs give scent and then dissolve in the water. Bubble bars give scent and create bubbles for a bubble bath. I usually break apart the larger Bubble bars, rather than using it all in a single use. Love these kinds of video's from you!
I don’t think I’d buy this for myself but wouldn’t mind it as a gift. Which is an improvement on the chanel box which would feel insulting even to receive it as a gift.
I really love this calendar. With the total being $300 and the price per item being about $12 per item, I feel it’s still worth it. Also all the items are quality and will probably last a while
I like Lush bath bombs, but i would rather buy the ones I specifically want, rather than the pre-selected calendar items. But it sure does beat the infamous Chanel calendar! Thank you for the video!
I love Lush The bubble bars last quite a while, you just break a bit off and run it under the water and end up with loads of bubbles and a gorgeous smell - heavenly!!!
This would be perfect for a Lush fan! The price is too steep for me but I absolutely love the box and all the treats is inside. Very nicely packaged too. I’m guessing the box could be kept for storing things too.
I remember back when I was in preschool. The front of the school there is an ilang-ilang tree. And it smells heavenly!!! Kinda reminds me of jasmine. Well in my country jasmine and ilang-ilang is made into a necklace and you use them as offerings to religious iconography. Mostly catholics. Anyways, yeah ilang-ilang is a tree. A huge one and amazing to have around.
I just went to Lush yesterday 🤣🤣 I wish I could get this, I looove their bath products. I have stage 4 Endometriosis & whenever I have flare ups, the only thing I've found that even remotely helps, is a hot bath, so I take baths a lot🥰🥰🥰
Poor you! I'm the same but not with endometriosis, with my IBD (the disease, not the syndrome). Have you got an electric heat belt? It helps so much and you can strap it around your tummy. X
I love lush but I’m not sure I could drop $300 on something like that. I think I’d even struggle paying half that, but it definitely seems worth it for all the items.
I love lush so much, their lotions are the only lotions that actually hydrate my very dry skin. We don’t have a lush in my country but when I go to the states I always stock up.
@@LilacsAdore charity pot and dream cream. The sales person at lush recommended it to me and it works so great. I would apply lush lotions after your nightly shower before you go to bed because they are so moisturizing. After applying after my morning shower I’ll be the whole day oily and sweat a lot. I would recommend bath and body works and vs lotions for the day time.
Yesss! I was debating between this one in the YSL Aven calendar but I think I’m definitely going to get this one to enjoy next month. Thanks for doing all these reviews!
I'm one of those who really loves Lush! And I adour this calendar... even for around £235GBP (I'm in England 🇬🇧). I loved the little mouse 🐁 bath crumble too, I don't know if this exact one is available in the UK with these exact products but I'm definitely gonna have a look in Lush and online to see if I can get one. Even though I don't have a bath where I'm living right now... I love Lush that much il make it work in my gorgeous big shower 🚿 😍 Thanks hun, Love Tia 💘
I am loving all of these advent calendar reveals! I’m not a huge Lush fan but the box is so cool. I might try the Body Shop calendar or the Rituals one though!
Bubble bars at Lush create tons of bubbles! Like u only need a tiny amount and crumble under running water. Using an entire bar at once is a complete waste. I used one for a 4 seater whirlpool tub and bubbles overflowed everywhere. Tried another using less than a handful of crumbles and it was a perfect amount. Definitely only need a little to go a LONG way!
Been using and loving LUSH for like 20 years. They are the best, 100% natural ( not those “fake natural “) and actually work. I love bubble bars - these are like solid bath foam. They are big enough and last me for ages. I also don’t have to use any body cream. The bath bombs are.. bath bombs. The don’t give you bubbles and you will use them faster, however they are also really good for your skin and create a really lovely relaxing experience. Pro tip from me: NEW shampoo is the best, it’s really good for hair loss but also good to prevent hair loss. I’ve been bleaching my hair and it helps it make it in good shape, my hair grows like crazy, also, I have tons of baby hair. Merry Christmas to All 🎄🎁🌟✨
Quick correction from a current Lush employee: They aren't and never have been 100% natural. They use as much natural ingredients as possible but it would be impossible to supply over 950 stores with natural only products. Some products are totally natural but most have safe synthetics inside such as preservatives, colouring, perfume and sulfates :)
@@ysorandomxp9941 I know that and you can read all on the website. However there are SO MANY fake organic ones that’s why I believe (and also because my skin doesn’t lie), LUSH is the best natural if you’re after that. 😉
@@AHungarianGirlInLondon I totally get what you're saying! They use actual natural ingredients and don't greenwash. I just thought it was necesarry to make sure other people reading your comment don't interpret it wrongly, wich could damage lush's image!
@@ysorandomxp9941 I appreciate that and I get you too. It’s just me always assume others understand what I’m saying and also I hate to write (long) comments. Plus English is not my mother tongue. 🙈 But I’m really passionate about LUSH so this time I just had to - especially when in the video it was mentioned if there’s any difference between the bubble bar and the bath bomb. For me it’s a life or death question because I literally never buy bombs. 😅 (that’s only a personal preference, I do encourage everyone to try them ;))
I love the style of box and that the contents are Christmas related,l would have liked to see them try to at least make the box slightly seasonal. It's extremely spring garden.
I got this in Australia. We got a Snow fairy roll instead of the Northpole bubble bar. The ears are missing from your mouse bubble bar🐭 (I held it up the same way you did then realised it was a mouse!😄 Also in mine the lip scrub was day 25 and the fragrance was day 24. Thank you for showing us all the different advent calendars in the US, we don't get many here in Australia....but I buy all the ones we do get!!💖(Except the Chanel one, ugh, who needs all those stickers!!!)
12/24 days of advent calendars *could be a good playlist name. Starts with the worst value #stickergate and ends with the best value (TBD). Thanks for another thorough review! ✨
i got the 12 day one and it was so good it had more of the christmas bath bombs that this set too, but i do like the variety of product types in this set
That's what I don't like about their stores. As everything is out on display, you can't smell a product properly on its own without the ambient smell of the store. When you get things home they smell a bit different. lol
I had to get this bc I love Lush products ❤️❤️❤️ Their shampoos and hair products are great too. In your video, I noticed that the Chrismouse’s ears fell off
Dont just throw bubble bars into the bath! They’re meant to be for multiple uses 😅 u can use it at once but u crumble it under the rubbing water or cut it up and put it in whilst filling the tub
So I'm disabled(&on disability, so broke) but ive always wanted a luxury bag, so im saving up for one. If you were to recommend someone a bag knowing it would be the only luxury bag they're going to own, what one would you go for? I like Chanel, Gucci, LV, and Prada bags (I look online a lot🤣🤣🤣) and id either go for a black bag, or a light purple color, and I like medium sized bags. Any suggestions much appreciated! 💝💝💝
I'll be honest I'm not gonna buy any advent calendar, i find them all expensive tbh even the cadbury ones are overpriced, but i love hearing you talk and the vidoes are amazing, Subscribed !
I like your videos but you should of payed attention to how it was shot I found myself getting upset because 99% of the time the product was only half in the camera or not in the camera at all I ended up having to click off and watch it elsewhere
I don‘t know if this still applies but some years ago, Lush had some products made by mentally challenged people; so this could explain the look of certain products
