This gentleman can sell anything cause of his calming voice. That's one thing I love about the customer service lush has people who explain everything is such a gentle way & sometimes a hyper way which i love as well. Makes me leave their store feeling fantastic! Will definitely be making my way to a store to buy a bunch of the mothers day collection i cannot wait for it & to get my dose of amazing employees 😊 Lush Girly for Life ❤

Great to see Kerbside Violet, Flowers barrow and other older masterpieces making a comeback of late. Old artwork labels on the perfumes were really interesting and urban. They were just cool. Should bring them back and commission new artists to develop new ones for newer scents. Even as posters? Knotwraps? Even as a limited edition. Would love to see something in the Voice of Reason scent or President's Hat.

A new Kerbside Violet product - I hope I didn’t miss it! My Kerbside Violet body milk is running out ….. and it expired in 2020 (RIP Lush Kitchen where you could buy individual products and ship from the UK to US. We are SAD here. ) 😢😢😢😢

Hi all , love watching your reveals 🎉 I’ve just ordered my favourites of this years Mother’s Day releases ❤ I would just like to mention that the QR code on the February Subscription Box (Chinese New Year) isn’t working the pages just don’t load I’d appreciate it if this could be fixed as I love saving them to my bookmark as a we reminder when I’ve used the products up 😢

It’s because everything is ethically sourced and uses the best quality ingredients, you’re not just buying the product, you’re supporting the communities (often from developing countries) that secure the ingredients for the products. Lush have a very generous sampling policy, you can always ask for samples of products to take home to see if you like them before you commit to buying them.
