A one sachet was very strong for a small amount of water that you been added, i think you should pour only half and add more if weak but not to much. im cooking sinigang too but not so strong to taste.❤
My son likes our sinigang very sour and I don’t, just a little sour is good enough for me. For the veggies, I love putting radish/daikon, long beans (sitaw), eggplant, okra, & kangkong leaves in addition to the tomatoes & onions. Sinigang is one of my Filipino comfort foods.

parang nalalasaan ko yung asim ng sinigang soup. i usually put only half kasi medyo maasim na rin yung kamatis. pero kanya-kanya tayo ng timpla at panlasa. i love sinigang too but fave ko yung pinakbet.

Dapat po kasi sir kinalahati mo lang po ang sinigang mix kasi ako din sir hindi po ako masyado makatolerate the sour so when I cooked tmsinigang here in Saudi arabia I just use the half of sinigang mix.

Yung iba talaga gusto ng maasim na sinigang gaya ng mister at anak ko. Pagdating sa akin hindi ko kaya ng sobrang asim nangangasim sikmura ko, kaya pag nagluluto ako ng sinigang inihihiwalay ko yung ulam ko mga 30%-40% lang ang asim na inilalagay ko, saka ko nakang dadagdagan yung para sa kanila. Para sa akin diko naaapreciate pagkain pag sobrang asim nawawala yung lasa ng ibang ingredients puro asim nalang ang nalalasahan ko. 😁
