Great video! Well deserved for the M-2000. I have an M-4000 myself, and have posted a few videos on it, including something similar to what you did. I love my M-4000 to pieces. Got it for a song too. I’m glad people are starting to catch on to this line of Luxman models!
I have a device. Luxman M-6000. 😊😊Stored since 1985. But it is not working and needs a complete restoration. I live in Europe. I don't know where I can maintain it
Holy cow! What a lucky guy you are to own an M6000. I so envy you! There is a Vintage Luxman website: www.hilberink.nl/codehans/luxman.htm At the bottom of the website there is a small link “how to contact me”. When you click on it he has a green rectangle with his email address which I typed below. hans. hilberink@hilberink.nl His name is: Hans Hilberink and he lives in the Netherlands so he should be a good resource person and hopefully find you a technician who can help you. Maybe ask Hans for links to the Owner and Service manuals. I hope it works out for you and I’d like to hear about your progress if possible. vseaman8245@gmail.com

Not sure about pulling off the black attenuator dials. I would recommend contacting Hans Hilberink via the email address below. He maintains a Luxman Vintage website. He’s very knowledgeable. Here is part of the website - www.hilberink.nl/codehans/luxman26.htm Email - hans.hilberink@hilberink.nl
I think it was around $350 for recap, new lamps etc. But you might want to find a tech in your area who can work on Luxmans. Where are you located approximately? PS - congrats👍👍
I bought it about 7 years ago for $750. But spent another $350 getting it serviced and recapped. There’s the M4000 which is better but more expensive. Have you tried searching for one?
