I think that you are so good person , why dont you do one video more personal talking about you, talking about your profesional and personals project or helping talent people become thruth his dreams like you... . This IS only my personal opinion. I LOVE your Channel.
@@BoxsterPB Just a thought ... never trust anyone who wears sunglasses inside any building. If you can't see their eyes then you'll never see their soul, the product should be more important than their social media image.
Michael: Im gonna use all my selling skills Also Michael: this chandelier is so difficult to keep clean, this oven is too small for this house, this fridge is broken, guest house oven is bigger than main house... youre so fun to watch!
Ignoring cost this is the best on the market house yet, It's semi palatial and every room is individually bespoke to the next. I love the design variation rather than themes. Top notch quality material without any cladding or shortcuts.. It's extremely good value based on others shown on the channel.
Indeed... Compared to the typical "less is more" (profitable, to build) "moderne" lack of 'style...' (requiring ample 'art,' in order to make it less "sterile") this is definitely one of the top homes they've toured, to date. (5- 10X the 'value,' for the money...) Whomever commissioned, designed and decorated this abode, actually had CLASS.
Love house tours that aren’t the usual modern , minimalist look . This has character and charm . Much prefer something like this or old property. Fabulous .
The toilet hose I call a Doofer used a lot in Cambodia, saves on paper and to stops you getting piles from wiping your crack hole to much. Also great for shooting bugs off the toilet walls.
I’m a residential electrician & I recently did a final on a house in the Vesta Home Show in Memphis & the decorator had great taste in lighting. But she likes the chandeliers really low that you could hit your head on them. 🤣
HUGE props to the designers and architects of this property. Anything at this expense should spare no attention to detail or sourcing of the best materials, and this place doesn't disappoint.
25:40 Adam struggles with a pseudo-German-style window that normally tilts open at the top and swings open like a door while Michael says "Are you sure that you know what you're doing?" to which Adam replies "Oh yeah, absolutely mate!" The scene immediately cuts away from the struggle.
It's 10 past 1 in the morning in kent England I can't sleep and I'm watching this I've got to be at work in a factory at 8 o'clock in the morning tlak about escapeism from the real world love these two guys keep up the great videos
More VALUE than the One. Decor might not be to everyone’s taste (easily remedied if you purchase this house) but the layout and room proportions are great.
Probably in the backlog of the footage of the winner of the competitions who were meant to go out for an experience etc :P To be fair, its probably a huge security risk for him to do so. The guy will have some serious wealth and for him to show his home I'd imagine must be a huge no no from insurance companies.
@@majorrgeek Bits, pieces, and snatches, but never the whole thing. Honestly, and I agree with him here 100%, he doesn't want to bother with the inevitable plethora of negative comments that most certainly would follow. I would be surprised if he ever showed his entire house. And really, why should he?
The sink sprayer hoses on the toilets are a Southeast Asia thing. The listing agent normally sells houses in San Gabriel Valley, Inland Empire, and OC and if you look at his FB page his listings are in Chinese. The owners of this house must be Chinese as well and prefer to do business with their own.
$22 million for all that on 5 acres in Bel-Air. Insane. The seller must need the money fast or it's been listed higher for a while without moving. Another cool shirt from Michael and love the red pants. What you look like without botox - careful Adam, you two are obviously close friends but Michael is still the boss. I get the impression he didn't find that one quite as amusing as you did.
The rest of the acreage is the mountain behind the house. Their house has no road frontage, they share the driveway with the house between them and the road and they are right next to that house. The house will be 10 years old in a week so expect to have more problems besides the broken fridge hinge.
Theyve been tryna sell this for a loooooooonnnnnnng time.... thats it an ENES video did this one ages ago they were asking 20m they had a gold rolls royce in the driveway. love this property
The facade looks like a monumental family tomb, there are even cypresses just to give that extra touch of joy . As usual, money does not go hand in hand with class and style, congratulations to the architect ... who is ... Vincent Price?
One of my best friends used to be a pro snooker player i went away with him loads had some amazing times and most of the players are quality! He was on big break loads to……who remembers that??
I'm thinking the "guest house" was originally for the hired help. I say they had a full-time nanny/chef/housekeeper that lived there, and that is why it has such a large stove, so she could do the heavy cooking there and bring it over to them when it was ready. And maybe even a couple and the husband was lawn/handyman.
I have RU-vid premium for years, so I don't need to watch any commercials. But looks like nowadays everyone selling themself. Please don't ruin this brilliant channel!I'm sure Michael don't need to advertize anything!
Considering the 'presentational' style (and the viewership...) is doesn't seem likely? However YT is the largest SE online, even surpassing Google... so it's possible? (Strange times, indeed.) As for people who can "buy time" AND afford to reside here... it would seem that many who can "live large" enough to acquire the note(s) and then cover the PITI and maintenance plus on these lavish homes have FAR too much time (judging by the typical 'entertainment features,' to number of TV monitors, etc.) and contribute, very little of 'value' to society... whilst 'consuming' like the 'elitist' self- absorbed narcissists and Cluster Bers most of them quite clearly, ARE. (Typical, within this part of LA metro.)
😍Indoor purple pool!😍 This is the prettiest place. It's like a little bit like a resort hotel. There's a lot of value for the money. Today it snowed here. Michael is looking dapper and dandy, like 🍬Candy.🍭 Adam is a little cutie. Yeah, I love the snow. I missed it very much during the hot weather.
Michael, when you show such impeccably designed and constructed homes, your viewers would find it of interest if you could name the construction companies, designers and architects involved in these beauties.
First time able see inside the guest house wow. Y’all made the house look better touring it. Cause looking at picture online is not giving wow factor. Great tour
