Lucknow does not deserve these over hyped prices because the city does not have any business , IT or manufacturing infrastructure to sustain the prices so the capital appreciation will not happen in Lucknow for next 10 years it's better to invest in city like Agra and Noida .
Too costly. It is much better to buy land and construct your own house. There's no point in buying properties of this cost in lucknow, better to buy in noida and gurgaon.
