It’s nice, but all the condo units all look alike to me and have the same features. Miele kitchen, big tub, backsplash, marble countertops, etc.

Yea the price differences really come down to largely sqft in unit and perhaps the view! Just depending on someone's price range there are a ton of great options out there. Let me know if you need any help!

It's beautiful with a nice views,,, but WAY ,,,WAY TOO EXPENSIVE,,, there's no reason it should be 10 millions, especially it's only 2 bedrooms...!!!

What kind of countertops are those in the kitchen?

I believe I said in the video what it was, but I recall them being quartzite countertops, which is the natural version of quartz! Hope that helps!

yea heights always freak me out in these buildings. BUT that was a much older building. This one is new, soooo might be ok for awhile but definitely always a concern
