This beautiful estate is immaculate! The video has been professionally completed to personify this home; as it has a personality that does speak within all the rooms of different colors; giving each bedroom suite and living space their own personality and story. The exterior of the home compliments the interior, as the frosting of a delicious cake, only made by the best Italian chef! I adore this home, and I think the shot of 0:43 is as close as it may be in the likes of No Time To Die or Skyfall, as I wanted to ask if the outside of this extraordinary view if it may have been filmed in a film of some sort. As I am looking for a beautiful home in the parts of Los Angeles and this home signed the deal as close as anything I will be getting in contact with one of the agencies in the next coming weeks to organise finalising the agreement with the property.

For just under 22 Million it can be yours. Keep in mind that you may have to forego the pool as Calabasas Water District is imposing draconian restrictions. Lawn will be brown as well.

Hi Jason. Yes, water restrictions for Las Virgenes are currently strict. Seller has made amazing changes to landscaping (with help from James Dean, the original landscape architect) and she has significantly reduced water usage. A lot of other homes in the neighborhood are doing the same. 👌🏼

@@Jason_The_Man Here is a quote from the Las Virgenes website FAQ: I have a pool. Can I fill it up to make sure there is enough water for me to use it? Yes. Your pool area is calculated into your OUTDOOR water budget. Even with a 50 percent reduction in outdoor water budgets, you should be able to keep your pool full and, if not, consider the use of a pool cover to prevent evaporation and/or reduce water use in other locations. We recommend that customers defer complete emptying and refilling of pools until this emergency is over.
