The convertible dining area is one of the most versatile I've seen in all of the video tours I've watched. There are very nice and useful features in that design. Also, having all of the seating opposite the TV (no swivel required) is a second show of genius. It was smart to put the televator control near the seating as it would be normal to sit down and THEN remember that the TV was in its cabinet. Radiant heat under the tile floor is a nice idea for when needed. Personally, I'm an LVT fan so I wouldn't put tile in an RV. As you were showing the kitchen, although an induction cooktop (yes, hot pans can still burn you, and the hot burners don't immediately cool down, ask me how I know) and the "fancy microwave" with convection (that can also be used as an oven with some sort of cooking pot provided), I thought, "Wow, no counter space" and then you pulled out the drawer/cutting board/auxiliary countertop and once again, I was really impressed. Having the dishwasher installed at countertop height in a convenient location and covered by a nice cabinet door is also impressive. Those pull-out drawers really do maximize the storage. The little space dedicated to the pull-out pantry was well thought out and I noticed that there are two cabinets with easy-to-grab handles that will make it easier for a woman to use as each unit won't be so heavy to pull out when loaded. For so little space in the tiny bathroom, they definitely maximized the storage, The shower miser is another genius idea. I didn't get what kind of water heater there was and where the controls were located. Is it "on demand?" This is the ONLY RV shower I've seen with a safety grab bar. I guess with so little wall space, the only place for hanging a wet towel is IN the shower, but there is a towel bar and I'm impressed. I am also impressed by the bedroom. Why? Well, even though this has a king bed it also has some little side tables with some storage and the bed isn't jammed up against them so the bed can't be made. The headboard is nicer than what I've seen in most RVs although I can't figure out why there is so little "under bed storage". Are there drawers under there, as well? The outlet inside the cabinet above the bed would require a contortionist to get in there and use it, just sayin'. The bedroom window area and the TV area are both well configured and having the washer and dryer in the bedroom is handy. I currently have my washer and dryer in my bathroom so I just toss any dirty clothes in the washer directly so I don't even need a laundry basket. I see this as a very efficient bedroom and it is attractive as well. The cockpit is very elegant and having a sliding floor over the steps certainly makes sense. You didn't mention if the cockpit seats swivel which I understand in most Class A RVs that they do. Do they? Seeing all of the accesses and compartments and special features including the MORryde pull-out shelf is also a genius invention that I've seen before added after-market to other RVs, so it makes sense that it would be included here. Four TVs seem excessive in an RV.... but depending on how you want to use them, I guess this is by far the classiest OUTSIDE TV arrangement I've ever seen. No one else does this that I know of. At the beginning of the video, you said that you liked the darker wood tones of the design. That's a "guy thing" and although it does look nice, as a woman I would opt for a darker LVT floor (wide wood plank), lighter-toned cabinets, and lighter furniture. Also, I would figure out how to get a moveable butcher block island that could be collapsed for travel days. Otherwise, I'd say "They thought of everything." Anyone who bought and lived in or traveled in this RV would probably find that it exceeded their needs. As you've been known to say, "Pretty Fancy" and it is.
Hunter you do a great job showing these homes. I wish Tiffin would take note of the 5th wheels with a full stove & oven. That is my biggest problem with all motorhomes. If I ever find one I will buy it. So keep you eye out for that from any of the manufacturers.
Love when you don't have to climb under the slides to control the release of the tanks I have 2 grays and one black on my 5th wheel One gray release is deep under the slide and I'm not in the best health condition to climb under to operate it so it stays open all the time while I'm parked

Are the front wheel bearings the oil bath type, or do they have to be manually greased? We are currently looking at the same model, but it is a 2022. Thank You.
I have heard that there have been issues with the consistent quality of Tiffin products of late. I know they shut down their fifth-wheel division; what is your experience, please, with the newer Tiffins, Hunter?
Well I can’t fully answer that - I am very new to Tiffin & motorhomes as a whole but I did hear in 22/23 models they had some pains with the product in terms of parts like everyone else but they have made a commitment to quality & I’ve heard from several people more qualified / experienced - both customers and people in the industry that they are back to being what made them great. I know that’s not a direct answer but it’s the best I have for now! I can tell you they are soooo nice from being in the few I have with the touch & feel. By far the nicest RV I’ve ever been in so far
