Hello there. I have tried to call and msg on WhatsApp too. I need info of coffee companies in Uganda which are registered with the Uganda Development coffee Authority and are certified exporters. Please reach out...i am willing to pay for your time.
Yaaa they have money but not brain 🧠 how aperson build such a house and his having two kids. Instead of investing money in things which will produce money for future use . Imagine ur growing old without any business but this nonsense house .
That house is big. It just kept going. The asking price is very fair. Because it’s in a good neighborhood, there’s a lot of space, beautiful finishing. I love the bathrooms. The closet is amazing 9/10 the only thing I didn’t like was the island in the kitchen. I wish they didn’t put a sink and a burner on it. I like clean island
I commented on this house 11 months ago. I really like this house; it is different from all the new houses being built these days. The grounds are impressive and well-thought out. Because of the relative age of this house, there are a few easily correctable details that a buyer can cheaply take care of and make this a great family home and estate. The price was a concern: it was too expensive over a year ago. Now, it is just about right. I would like to know if there are updates you can share about the state of the house.
Invest ur money in things which brings money bck not this nonsense. How is this house going to help ur ka few kids u build this rooms for? Too much money wasted here now mbu saling even customer in this country are few. People build such home houses and they are having one kid . Stupidity is a born disease really . A home house like a hotel 😂😂
I like the outdoors especially the plants and the lawn. What I really don't understand is why these realtors construct these houses with such huge living rooms. This is a room where you intend to hold your conversations with your guests. I cant imagine conversing with someone who is more than 4 feet away from me. That would be literally shouting. A big thank you for your articulate presentation & explaining everything nicely
Beautiful house with generous space. The only downside is the utilization of too much dark wood which somewhat affects the amount of light. But that can easily be altered. The buyer will get a return on their investment in no time!!
A very beautiful house love the spaced kitchen though the brown colour makes it boring but would change the colour. I'm dying to see a Ugandan house with a pantry for me in a house a kitchen is my home but its a fine house overall.
This property will never leave the market, the owner needs to relax , I surveyed the property for my client an made a report for it but the owner was rigid in terms of negotiation, all in all it's over priced
This is one of the best attempts by Ugandan architects and builders to introduce modern and luxury housing to Ugandans. It has however stayed on the market for almost 2 years now without a buyer. Newer houses that reflect higher architectural taste, precision craftmanship, more modern fixtures and more luxurious styles are being built and priced appropriately. Has this house in Muyenga sold yet?
Your opinion isn’t accurate though. But details about the number of times the house been bought or changed owners can’t be discussed online. But I agree, it’s a great home, the engineers did an awesome job.
My advice to people who are blessed with money is pls don't build such a home house its useless even if u hve 10 kids and the rooms are ten all useless.this kids grow up and leave home.the moment a kid primary 7 they jion boarding schools so this rooms for wat? First of all people with such houses don't need visitors so big house for wat? Why didn't he invest this money in small houses for rents. Now he wants to sale it but no buyers not easy
You a poor person ca't have any advice for a rich person. You wouldn't even sit on the same table. You don't understand how they think because you are not on that level. So go first work, make some money for yourself. You're thinking that people buy homes because they want kids to stay in them. But people buy big homes for prestige, respect and reputation, to mention but a few. And rich people also own homes in multiple countries, which they never live in, maybe visit once a year but still own them. Educate yourself more please.
