Wow ...mike Fisher n paykell was a New Zealand luxury brand which is renowned this side of the world .. I love the way u pronounced it ... I think american pronounce letter A like E which is how it sound when you're trying fo say Paykel ..kiwi say Piekell
People from New Zealand, Australia and England all sound so much better than American's on TV in my opinion. I actually was raised in Bermuda at a Grammar school, but I am still rough around the edges on pronouncing words ;). My fiancé is a Speech Language Pathologist and she laughs at my pronunciations all the time....I am much better at math...never thought I would be doing videos way back when I was in school :). I live in Melbourne Florida I also heard that Rothenberg builds really great house's..When I had my pool and hot tub installed it was done by "Blue Marlin Pool" company they do good work just never saw one open part way..So can you explain to me about the pool area is there sliding screen doors to fully enclose it or is it partially screened in just asking because Florida in any area with water you will always have snakes or alligators, I'm only halfway through the video and I saw that just wanted to know what's going on with the screen enclosure..With that house what-you-see-is-what-you-get or do you have to pay for all the extras..And if you want a corner lot or a premium lot how much more is it.. I'll finish the rest of the video was just curious about the pool enclosure had to ask on that one..!!
Hi Robert, I do believe this pool was fully screened. This was a model, so just an idea of what you can do, when you build, you pick how you want in the home.
