The Nice Residence Is A Great Place To Stay. Beautiful Sparkling Pool, Weight Room, Coffee Shop And Friendly People. #thailandtravelguide #thailandfoodie #thailandrealestate #thailandcondos #huahinrealestate
Yes there is a ramp. I often use it myself as I don't really like stairs. The property is beautiful and also has great smoothies at the coffee shop. Thanks so much for the comment.
@@whereisgregnow5989 TY so much for the response. I'm going to be in Thailand from July 11th to the 21st. Just BK and Pattaya. But my permanent move will be in Jan 25'. The goal is Hua Hin. I might drive you crazy with questions. 😀
My experience has been you will pay for 30 days up front. If you decide to leave prior to the end of 30 days you usually will lose that portion of the rent. Whatever you can negotiate up front prior to move in is best. Rates and terms are always changing. This is just my thoughts and I'm not giving any financial advice. I really enjoyed staying at this complex as it was on a main street that had baht buses going by often.
Hi, I just booked tickets and I’m staying in Hua hin for the month of December and I’m looking for a place to stay for the month ( which is why I’m checking out these RU-vid videos ) could you recommend a place ? … thanks
