Hi Shawn, Love your matter-of-fact presentation of the plusses and minuses for everything. You really tell it like it is. I think the other negative for all of these homes are the prices once you add in all the extras. In today's environment of 7% + mortgage rates you really need to take a second look at all of the additional costs that come with purchasing one of these homes. Keep up the great work!

Thanks so much! You’re right, you have to be aware of all the upgrade costs as well as lot premiums & the landscape & pool costs. Because the price they tell you will NOT be your final price. This is also why you should have your own buyer representation, they are there to make sure you are aware & protected. Thanks for watching!!
