In this Sims 4 stop motion build video I will show you how to create a modern and luxurious penthouse apartment in the art quarter of San Myshuno. The spacious apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and also has a living room, kitchen, gym, office, and terrace with chic city views.

Hi Lena. Oh gosh, I just love your home designs for the Sims 4. With great designers around, I rarely build homes anymore - I tend to use your designs and take it apart, initially because I sucked at making roofs. But more recently, you are one of a few designers that I can deconstruct your builds in order to learn how you created it in the 1st place. I've learnt so much since I've come back in the Sims 4 family. I've not had a chance to look at all your designs but I wanted to ask if you could create the PAX wardrobe system that is synonymous to the IKEA brand. A dressing room off the master suite with wall to wall doors and drawers with shoes and garments on show, (some functionality would be awesome too!) - you know, something like what you'd see on the TV show, the Real Housewives. There are a few designers that have attempted it but I'd love to see your take on it as your attention to detail is immense.

Thank you for your words💗 I understand what you're talking about, and I like the way these systems look, and in my latest creations I pay a lot of attention to the dressing rooms and try to make them as good as possible. I plan to continue in the same way😏

I use a PC to shoot. I can't say that I'm very satisfied with the quality of the shooting, but a lot depends on the settings of the recording software.

If you leave the timecode of the item you are interested in, it will be easier for me to explain to you how it is made. Because I don't always use just basic repaints :)

I use quite a lot of objects, so it will be difficult for me to explain it in a single message. Most likely, later I will record a special tutorial on how to make such shelves.

Thank you! I like the clean effect that white or plastered walls give. For my taste, cluttered and pompous is hard to make beautiful, so I choose cleanliness and minimalism for the most part :)

Привет, да тут ничего сложного нет, пентхаусы размещаются как обычные дома, а именно квартиры я сохраняю одной большой комнатой, заранее немного поколдовав над стенами :)

@@insims то есть мне нужен просто пустой лот? Я думала, как-то в готовых домах с квартирами они как-то размещаются.

Нет, вам нужен готовый дом с квартирами. А дальше сверяете адрес, очищаете нужную квартиру с помощью бульдозера и размещаете на место старой квартиры новую. Только искать установленную квартиру нужно в разделе комнат, а не домов.
