Danilo Romolini I first want to say great presentation even tho there was technical difficulty you just flow with it (pom pom shout out to Danilo Romolini for that) didn't disrupt the enchanting peaceful atmosphere's vibe. The villa has alot of potential. I would grow olive trees, grapes for my wine to sell and wheat. Plus rent it out for up and coming directors or even the seasoned ones to pay a fee to shoot movies on the property on off season only the months when it is not being used (which is after harvesting to sustain the healthy balance of the land) The other assets are great views, from every angle are reminiscence of movies of pass.And that entrance of the winding road with cypress trees on both sides of the roadway, is like the introduction to a great historical movie and I want to learn more💕. I hope there is a part 2 to this movie Mr. Danilo Romolini stella presentation 👏👏

I noticed that Danilo has mastered the pronunciation of "equipped", but I find myself strangely missing his old pronunciation of the word. The owners did a very nice job on their restoration of this villa.
