We used to have really good department stores. Not anymore. They began going downhill years ago and instead of spending money to improve and generate more revenue, they cut back until they became a travesty of what they had been. I buy at David Jones on occasion, rarely at Myer, only if they have something I cannot get anywhere else. These days I prefer specialty stores. Thank you for the video.

the people who work in the Milan store are really rude, they create a sort of mafia to get the products. But they didn't understand one thing that they are simply shop assistants, they are not Mr. Hermès.💯

Those high waisted trousers are a must. The black shirt is meh, and that shearling jacket doesn't sit right on you. That Maximore is cute. Gelato is always the right choice. Hermes items for dogs are definitely made to appeal to humans, not to dogs. My dogs would totally ignore a rubber snaffle bit. Those first pants you tried on at Hermes were stunning on you! If I were you, I would buy two pairs of those. The second pants, not so much.
