There are so many Lacks on design. Specially window are very narrow. No proper natural lights on bed rooms. Very small living area. No lawn and open space beside house, no built in closet in proper design. Good luck for selling.

@@Uz4L Yeah, and by 5200 sq.ft they dont mean the ground floor itself, they add up the sq.ft of the total floors. So, let's say you have have 5 storey building on a 2 aana land, and each floor was 700 sq.ft, then you can market it as 3500 sq.ft.
