Update: You can comfortably cheese HW1 now if your team's ilvl is higher than 500 without running into HW2! Please use goodbye world cheese strat! Good luck!
Omg please come back and do guides like these! I understand this is a theme for Omega but the structure and breakdown is by far superior to most guides out
A very well constructed guide. The way you fight thru the battles and pause to explain mechanics as they naturally flow is PERFECT, this helps so much instead of having to guess and wonder what to do. Thank you so much for your guide, definitely liked and subbed.
Thank you for making this guide 🙏 , I've always wanted unsync guides, fir people who don't raid current content like this is amazing, and a great way for us to experience the extended fights and get the mounts, thank you so much T_T
After the first part was very clear and explained everything vocally, it's a little frustrating that this part just blasts you with music and splits the screen in 5 while asking you to read everything. It's still something though, so thank you.
I see - thanks for the feed back. You should probably just skip the hello world 1 part as everyone will use the cheese Strat now (I sort of quickly animated it because during the time this video was made the goodbye world cheese strat lost too much DPS dragging most groups into HW2.
@@AzuristSky Unfortunately my group wants to do Hello World properly, lol. The video's just a bit overstimulating for me. After a few rewatches, I think I have it down. Thanks again!
It's not so bad once you start to do it! The final phase is actually way easier than the 1st phase, if the party is ilvl510 and you only just want a clear then I highly recommend cheesing Hello world 1. Good luck!
I got my mount because of you. Thanks so much!! Amazing video. I reference it on party finder when recruiting for this (zodiark/light server). Now to teach my fc this fight on Monday 😅
Thank you so much for this guide! I've been meaning to learn this fight and watching a video specifically made for unsynced is a godsend. Your editing and presentation are incredible! Looking forward to more content :)
This guide helped my little mount farm group immensely! I do have to point out though that, per your tip for archive peripheral mechanic, the safe spot for the orange/blue/blue diagram should be in the southeast spot of the map instead of northwest. My group got that one quite often and we'd scratch our heads because we were following it over the little text tip.
This was incredibly confusing without the vocal narration. I had to stop, go back, pause, and read so many times. Regardless, thank you for taking the time to make an unsynced guide, it is helpful no matter how long it takes to grasp it and understand what's going on in the images!
Very well done guide. Be good for those blue mages who want to get some gear. Sucks that when the new raid gear is out things might change a bit again.
I have to get carried through this fight ( welp 🥺) but because I work and don’t have time to study videos it’s hard to do anything playing solo anyway your guide looks wonderful tnx 👍🏾: ps I wish I can find casuals like myself to play with.
i could watch this 30 times and half of it still makes no sense... im never gonna be able to do it, much less now when i just tried it resulting some random ass dps just screaming atm me and putting all blame on me while i ask for simple answers and then get told 40 mechanics ahead... not to mention explain a few wrong as fare i see here... /smh nope havent enjoy a single attempt on this not even once, Chaos data is toxic as heck :/ i doubt anyone would carry me or even be able to tell what to do in a few of these mechanics ever :(
Hey, great video for both parts. These really helped out with getting me a clear. I'd just like to ask though, any importance around Patch and if the tanks should stack when pushing to monitors? I swear half my attempts had both tanks either wipe, but I couldn't tell if it's because we did/didn't stack, or if it was just the Patch part clipping us too late or something
Great question! If both tanks died it's from the 2nd set of tethers being popped too late as it puts a 3s magic vun. up on the party meaning the monitors will insta kill the tanks if they still have the debuff. Stacking the monitors will not kill the tanks at item level 490-500. This happened to me sometimes too but I will just Invun if I see that the 2nd set of tethers are popped a bit late.
@@AzuristSky Alright, so just try to pop the tether early. I was purposely holding back as I was unsure if it would kill me, guess I'll just wing it later and take the hit. Thank you for the answer
You said you wanted to turn on the music at the start of the video, but I felt the music was way too loud, and i had to turn down the volume during the music, and turn it back up when you were speaking.
Sad that the music was prioritized in a video guide. I.. hear the music when I'm inside, no need in the guide but thanks non the less. Great guide in itself.
@@AzuristSky watched it a couple more time and tried, we managed to reach the last phase but then my gear broke and had to quit. damn thanks for the great video
Do dps always get the same debuff in the same encounter? Thinking of trying this, but if they have to memorize 4 different patterns, dont think itll be possible with partyfinder haha
No there are 4 patterns and it's very possible with PF. Every video I've done is always with random people from PF (I have no friends T . T) so it is possible but you have to advocate for some sort of voice communication. I've also convinced my group to try HW correctly by saying if they can't do it in 3 pulls then we will do the cheese strat and 90% of the time my group of randos can do it. I mean if you can do dice....you can do hw1....you can do it!
I get that a lot... sadly, it's not a plugin for ACT it's a motion graphic I made using an editing program for viewers to get a chrono sense for said mechanic.
i so badly need help with this raid trying for years and cant find people with enough brains to learn it theses days.If anybody can help me on aether data center message me thank you.
